PHASE I:  Pre-Construction

DEMO WORK
Our professional demo crews can tear down an entire house
and slab or help you clean and clear the lot to prepare for the 
new house.  All Demo work done by bid.  					______________

GRADING WORK
Let our bobcat operator scrape and rough grade your lot to		 
prepare it for the slab.  All Grading work done by bid.			_______________

ENVIRONMENTAL JOB SITE MAINTENANCE
A.  Tree Protection – We will protect your trees by securing 
      vertical 2x4’s around the truck of the tree.  Add $50 to each 
      cost for a orange temporary fence and mulch if needed.  Cost 
      includes removal of items at end of project.

B.  Silt Fencing – We will correctly install a silt fence per your 
      request.  Cost includes removal of items at end of project.

C.  Orange Temporary Fencing – We will install orange netting 
      secured to 6’ tall t-posts at 8’ intervals.  Cost includes removal
      of items at end of project.

D.  Chain Link Fencing – We will install 6 foot tall chain link fencing
      around your job site.  Poles will be mounted into the ground with
      the chain link tightly pulled.  Gates installed where needed.   Cost

PHASE II: Construction

TURNKEY TRASH PROGRAM
-One turnkey number for all of your trash.
-You stay within your budget while getting great service.
-All possible trash and debris are recycled and documented.
-We manage your trash for you never allowing overflow or mess.
-3 “Quick Cleans” and 1 “Total Clean” included (see definitions below)

JOB SITE CLEAN UP
A.  “Quick Clean” – Upon arriving at your job site, our crew will provide you with a quick clean by picking up all loose trash around exterior of house, picking up all loose debris on interior of house, and performing a quick sweep out of interior of house.

 B.  "Total Clean" - This is the "you can eat off of the ground" clean.  Our crew will provide you with a detailed cleaning of the interior and exterior of house and property.  We can address specific areas needed upon request.

PHASE III: Post-Construction

TEAR DOWN
-Our crews will tear down all fencing and materials in and around
the site.  Anything we installed is removed at no charge.  Additional
charges billed with hourly labor rate starting at $20 per man per hour.	  _______________

MAKE READY
-Our crews will perform a detailed cleaning before move in using
environmentally friendly products.
